Product Description
The MemoryFrame 575 is a premium Digital Frame designed for the home or business with features to match. Images and video are presented on a high-resolution TFT 5.6" display. The frame is changeable with standard 5 x 7 frames to suit any decor. A built-in card reader lets you play slideshows, MP3 audio, and MPEG video directly from the multi-media card. To enhance the experience, MemoryFrame 575 can play your audio as a background to a slideshow! A built-in USB port allows other media types to be played such as thumb drives. It is ideal for both home and office users to proudly display family photos on the desk, shelf, or wall. The MemoryFrame also includes a built-in multi-format SD/MMC/MS card reader supporting most popular card formats.

1 out of 5 stars Not your best option in Digital Picture Frames   December 17, 2007
There are better options for Digital Picture frames than Memory Frame.

For starters - the picture isn't great. The user's manual is not helpful at all. There's no internal memory for photos. I could plug a flash drive in, but couldn't figure out how to use the flash card that was included. My computer wouldn't recognize it when I plugged it to try to load it.

Too much hassle to try to figure it out and in the end the picture quality was poor.

I bought a SmartParts 8" digital picture frame instead. LOVE it. So easy to use. Great picture. A manual that's actually helpful.

1 out of 5 stars Cool thought but worthless device!   December 9, 2007

First off I was very exited to get this, I recieved it as a gift so I did not get to fully review it before I got it. Therefore I had high expectations. Well needless to say this is the first bad review I've ever written. The frame would be better used putting a real picture in it and forgetting the rest of the so called features. I am very tech savvy and even have a job as IT support, and for the life of me I can not get this thing to work. The usb input on the back is so close to the power cord it is impossible to use it, if you take out the power cord the machine is off, but that is the only way to reach the usb??? And you must use the usb because the card reader part does not work on any such cards I have tried. So the only way to get a little functionality off the device is to use a usb dongle (extender) and then use the usb card reader. Your pictures at least show up this way. At least some of them do. It then just displays random pictures and freezes and doesn't ever do what you want it to. And remember I have had almost every gadget there is and grew up with computers and I have never seen something so hokey and junky in my life. This thing is like one of those 3rd world country knockoffs that are so silly they should cost like 5$-10$. Even if you got the thing to work the worst part is that it only displays pictures at 320 x 240 resolution. For those who do not know what that means, the worst camera phone from like 10 years ago takes better resolution pictures than that. It's basically like taking a thumbnail picture and blowing it up to 5.6 inches. You can vaguely tell what the picture is suppose to be but all the details are gone. Hope this review helps as so many reviews have helped me in the past.

2 out of 5 stars Chipped Frame   November 26, 2007
This is a great frame, but it was chipped on the edge forcing me to paint the frame.

1 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money   November 23, 2007
This product only worked for a couple of months before it fried and wouldn't display anything. I called the manufacturer and got an RMA number and returned it to them. They replaced it with one that crapped out again after a short time! It's a waste of time and money.

3 out of 5 stars owners manual needed   November 5, 2007
Love the pictures but can't figure out how to transfer them to the frame...now I am not lacking in the techno dept (too much anyway) but an owners manual would be nice. Even low tech companies include those or at the very least have them on their website...memoryframe does neither. go with a Kodak easyshare instead
