No Swann support - stay away October 12, 2008
Like the other reviewer, I made the mistake of thinking that Swann was a good value.
The design and manufacturing of Swann "stuff" is fair to poor. The materials for the cameras are good quality, but, just trying to adjust the mounts is sufficient to destroy the mounts.
The cables are so flimsy that just trying to rout them through openings, etc., can detach the BNC connectors, or, the RCA connectors.
Good luck trying to find replacement parts or technical support. Like the other reviewer, I found that Swann doesn't really have a technical support. They provide an 800 number which never answers, AND, they don't even have a website.
Their products are just plain throwaways.
Cable not compatible with many Swann cameras - horrible tech support. May 24, 2008

The AC Adapter shipped with my Swann Super Night Owl security camera does not fit with this Swann siamese cable. I checked the Amazon reviews and another person had the same issue with the Swann 100ft Siamese cable and their Swann Maxi Day/Night Camera. Don't even bother trying to contact Swanns technical support - I gave up after a month of trying to get some help from them with no response. I ended up just buying a siamese cable from another manufacturer. You may save a few bucks buying a swann camera but it will cost you more in the long run with their disappointing technical support if you ever have an issue.
